So we went camping at Pace Bend last weekend, and had a great time. Swimming, climbing up rocks, jumping off of rocks, sitting around a campfire, listening to the Camping Mix done by Kent, sleeping under the stars. Just good times.
When we got to the campsite we found that whoever had been there previously had left a tool there complete with a rustic-looking green cloth carrying case. As we examined it, we discovered that it was an amazing example of Russian ingenuity -- simply by screwing different elements into a variety of places, you could make an axe, a shovel, a spatula, a hammer, or a pickaxe. When in spatula/pickaxe mode it looked quite evil, so we ended up calling it the Ukrainian Death Implement.
Also, if anyone needs any extras for a zombie movie, give me a call after a day of camping.
I'm getting the waterproof camera developed tomorrow, so I'll have more photos soon!

Wow Chris, that is one scary picture!!!! I'm so proud to call you my brother!
So, this is what being unemployed makes you look like. I didn't realize how much of a toll it could take on a person! Hee.
Lori made the observation that none of the men in our (the Hollenbaugh) family work. Dad's retired, Grandpa's retired, Uncle Bruce is never at work, he's always in another country/state touring or climbing something and now there's Chris. Keep up the tradition!
